Return / Refund Department.

However if you wish to return your purchase then simply follow the checklist below.

1. First we require and email stating why you are returning your products. Upon Receipt of your email you will be issued an RMA # to be included with your return.
2. Include your Name - Order # and the Date of when the order was made.
3. Send all remaining bottles including opened one to the following address:

4. Once we receive the returned bottles and product we will issue a refund.

Please note: We do not refund purchases until we receive the returned products. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you order a product and ask for the order to be refunded before you actually receive it then you will have to wait until the order has arrived to your address and then simply returned it to us unopened. Once we receive it then a refund will be issued. This procedure cuts down on fraudulent claims and theft.
