6. How long will my order take to be shipped to me?

Orders shipped with the United States generally take 2 to 5 business days to deliver. Usual delivery time to Canada is 10-15 days depending on Canada Customs.

7. Does your product work on it's own or are exercises needed as well?

Although exercises are beneficial and help tremendously, they are not mandatory as the supplement is effective on its own.

8. How long should I use Advance and what is the dosage?

Generally clients experience optimal results with 3 to 6 month programs during which 2 capsules are consumed each day. The recommended dosage for the Advance Patch is one patch per 3 day period. It is ok to wear the patch during a shower or get it damp but it is not recommended to continually soak it, take it off before swimming.

9. Are the results permanent or do I need to continue supplementing in definitely to keep my gains?

Results last as long as the herbal medication remains in your system. If you include an exercise program your gains may last significantly longer.

10. Will my order be mark with embarrassing labels upon delivery?
